Grasp Developments Ltd. can provide your complete building project package from "concept to completion". 

We will guide you from the first ideas for your project, through the design, planning and construction stages, to ensure your project is a stress free experience.

How it works;

• We meet to discuss your ideas, thoughts, dreams, goals, budget, timescale and create the 'concept'. 
• Depending on the scale of the project, we would develop the concept with the assistance of an Architect, to ensure you are getting exactly what you want and that it is fully compliant with the latest building regulations. 
• The next step is to ensure the project falls within current planning conditions (usually projects fall under permitted development rules) or if planning permission is required.
• Following the planning stage the fun can begin. We will start building! 
• At every stage we will be there to ensure the project is running on time, on budget and compliant with the plans and planning conditions. 
• The final stage - 'completion', the building work is finished, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the final product of a job well done!

If you don't want us to undertake the full package, we are always here to help. We can provide;

• Contractor - If you have already developed a concept - we can build the project for you! We use our skills and supply chain to deliver you a high quality building project, no matter how big or small.
• Consultation, help and advice - Take advantage of our skills and experience. We always know what to do!
• Project Planning (stages and timescales for the project) - Ideal if you have appointed your own builder and want to keep the project on track or manage it yourself.
• Cost Management/Estimation - Do you have a fixed budget? Are you unsure if you can afford the project? We can advise how much the project could cost and offer advice on how to bring it within budget.
• Project Management - Using our project management experience, we will help manage your project to ensure it is being built, on time, on budget and to the correct standard.
